Terms & Support

Real Replenish is a property-maintenance business in Winnipeg, Manitoba. These are the terms every booking runs on. If anything here doesn't fit your situation, text us and we'll sort it out before we start.

Booking and quotes

• Quotes are free and carry no obligation. We look the property over, write down what we recommend, and give you a price for it.
• You'll know the price before we start. If we find something on the day that changes the scope, we stop and check with you first.
• A booking is confirmed once we've agreed on a date by text or email. Until then, nothing is locked in on either side.

Rescheduling and cancellations

• Plans change. Tell us as early as you can and we'll move your booking to a date that works. There's no fee for rescheduling.
• Weather can change our plans too. If conditions make the work unsafe or pointless (heavy rain for a pressure wash, a storm during roof work), we'll rebook with you.
• If we can't reach you or can't get access to the property when we arrive, we'll try again, but a repeat trip may be quoted separately.

Getting ready for a visit

• Please make sure we can reach the areas being worked on: gates unlocked, vehicles moved off the driveway, pets inside.
• Let us know about anything we should watch for, like sprinkler heads, loose railings, buried cables, or a roof that's been patched.
• You don't need to be home, as long as we can get in and reach you by text if a question comes up.

Payment

• Payment is due when the work is done, unless we've agreed on something else in writing.
• We'll confirm accepted payment methods with your quote.
• Members get 10% off every service. The discount is applied to your quote automatically.

Our work guarantee

If something isn't right, tell us within a couple of days and we'll come back and fix it at no charge. We'd much rather hear about it than have you live with it.

Things to know about specific services

• Pressure washing and exterior cleaning. Some stains, weathered paint, or aged surfaces won't come fully clean, and loose paint or mortar can come away with the dirt. We'll tell you what to expect before we start.
• Roof snow removal. We remove snow load and ice dams from the ground and from ladders. We don't repair roofs, and we can't guarantee against leaks from damage that was already there.
• Christmas lights. We hang, maintain and take down lights. If a strand fails during the season, tell us and we'll come replace it. Lights and fasteners are the homeowner's unless agreed otherwise.
• Shrink-wrap protection. Wrapping keeps snow, ice and water off. It won't fix anything that was already broken or wet underneath.

Membership terms

• Membership is a one-time enrollment fee that covers 12 months from the day you enroll. No monthly charges.
• The 10% discount applies to every service and package we offer during your membership year.
• Membership is for one household or property and isn't transferable. The enrollment fee isn't refundable once your discount has been used.

Questions, changes to a booking, or something you're not happy with: text is fastest, and email works too. Include your name and address so we can find your booking.
